The cottage is double glazed throughout and has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The lounge has two sofas, which can be used as single beds and a dining area with french doors leading onto the patio area. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances including washing machine and fridge. It has a large bathroom, with a powerful electric shower and bath. In the colder months, your warmth is assured with the integration of total control central heating. There is private car parking adjacent to the property and to the front, a patio, which is a sun trap at all times of the year.
